You're missing my point. I'm not saying that I know it does happen, only that I think it may. A number of people refuse to even consider this a possibility.
Fair enough- but I've seen religious folk meet this definition, as well.

But I think it's a little more total when you apply it to methodological science. With religion, you still have a priori assumptions about the supernatural - foremost being that there's a supernatural at all... At least most religions that I'm aware of... With science, you have the natural world to observe. With the supernatural, it's a lot harder to get empirical facts and thus you run the risk - moreso with religion than science - of letting subjectivity take over. - Aric

Buddhism, although some would call it a cheap cop out, as I could still maintain my identity as an atheist, but still be a member of a religion. I say it's the only logical choice for me!
