Question, How do we get a copy of the new 2007 calendar if you don't have a working printer?

Can you print it at a library? Nope, Has to be either business related or school homework related to use the printer. And I'm surly not going to lie to them and say it's either one. Oh I wish there was a Kinkos near by, then I could do it.

Righto....
So.... It looks like our friend here needs a little help. How many people around here are close enough with Dwaggie to be able to print and mail him his Calander? I could get it printed but I kinda only have the school's black and white printer at my disposal. (Found out it was only back and white after the beautiful color pics in a virology report of mine became mutilated). I'm sure at least someone has access to a color printer and lives closer by so as to cut shipping costs?

He lives by Mertile Beach right? Isn't that on the Atlantic coast? I think Azzy lives on that side of the states(?). I'm printing out two. (One for me and one for James Gurney) So if nobody else can, I'll try to. I need to get on my mom's laptop and work on the rest of the calendar. If it is ok with Azzy, I'll save the images and files to a CD when I'm done and mail it to her to put on the the city of mists. If she doesn't want to give me her address I can try to put them on my personal website. I have been REALY busy so I havn't had time to fully plan this out.

Myrtle Beach eh. ha. Don't I wish. I live not to far from Rusty or Azzy. I live in Carmichaels PA about 60 miles south of Pittsburgh PA. in no-mans zone.

I have a color printer now, but still don't have internet at home. So what I plan to do is download the calendar to my memory key and then print it at home. If you want, I can do that for you, Dwaggie, and then send it to you by mail.

Hopefully anybody wouldn't have to. I'm supposed to be getting a new computer this spring and it maybe likely it may have a printer that works. But if not so. I'll let y'all know. Right now its a big "IF" I'm kinda low on cash now.
Memory key? Ya mean like a flash drive ya stick in the USB port? Yea, I heard about those. They say that they can hold a lot of stuff on them.
BTW, Dakota, Where are ya putting up the download site for the calender? Just curious for asking.

I'm debating sending them to Azzy to put on the city of mists... Or putting them on my website.
I NEED PICS NOW!

I am willing to make copies of the calendar and send them to anyone who wants one=) I did it last year and it wasn't so bad; I just had to remember which way my printer printed and make sure I got the right month on the back of the right picture! Cost would be approximatly $5 for each one- $3 for copying costs (I get them printed at Staples) , $2 for shipping.
Dakota, I would appreciate it if you would send me copies of the pictures and such so i could put it on the Registry=) That way, anyone who sees the Registry would be able to get a copy if they want. I don't have any problems with giving you my address because I have a PO box just for stuff like this. With all my E-bay business, I thought it was important to have an address that wasn't my house for online use. Go ahead and use the Azzy Waterfall picture for August. Feel free to use the Rex if you need to fill in a month that wasn't submitted;) That way the calendar won't be horribly delayed if we have to wait for something else to be submitted.
Now, are you guys interested in doing a 2008 calendar? There WILL be an official Dinotopia calender to coencide with the release of Journey to Chandara. If you want to do it, I'm willing to set it up again=) Now that my life has sort of settled and I have a regular schedule, I'm getting a LOT of stuff done. I also have time for fun projects again, which I missed a lot over the past two years.
Oh, yes... I almost forgot. You need a cover picture Dakota! I would suggest making a photo collage of what will be in the calendar, but you could also come up with something else too, or have someone *coughrosacough* make something>) What? I like her art!

OK GREAT! ;D Thanks Azzy. I'll have to get everyone to submit their art. I have a front cover... I'll make a back cover with the pics and the artist names and month.

And what pic will that be? For the 2007 calendar? You already have it up in this thread. (on page 2) The one I have for 2008 isn't all that ready yet.
