I'm not going to tell everyone what the animals in my pic mean, you have to guess! And I just can't wait to see why people say I did what I did....

I like the colour combination.
It's a horse, a duck and umm...sorry, I can't tell what the head is...?

I somehow knew you'd have wings:). Very beautiful. I believe your head is that of a deer. I love the detail in the background, and your use of color.

Eskara's Chimera-
Classic and elegant- I enjoy the environment that you represent your Chimera in. The use of color is amazing, and the synthesis of elements within your beastie is expertly rendered. I also like the pose- as if we just came up on it the forest. Very nice moment captured.

Heaps good!
I agree with Kami, The head to me looks like a deer's head, the body look's like a horse's, the back end of the horse body looked to me like it was coloured like a fox and the wings, are from a bird (dunno which one?) But they are very well drawn. Lovely Chimera! I also like the background and your colours! a very wood-landish Chimera!

Re: Heaps good!
Ok- ok- gone for two days and all this to catch up...ook...
AZ! I love it! Looks like mule deer, horse, falcon and fox to me. Why? Hmmm....the wings fit you. Dont know why but they really do. You're quiet- or so you seem- so the deer works. Shy even...or so the deer would imply. I can't explain the fox- clever? Crafty? ::grin:: Yeah- there we go. Wonderful Azonthus, and the environment is very fitting- much so. Great work. Now when do we get to hear what's what and why?

Very nice. Looks like it's in a sunny clearing or something. I like how you used complimentary colors, makes it really pop out.

Love the detail and the use of colour. Beautifully rendered too.

at first, the wings looked like a monarch butterfly's to me, but i guess they really are bird's wings.
the head (deer?) is really the highlight for me- very bold and kind of conveys an art deco aesthetic to me, with the graceful lines and solid color.

Re: Eskara's Chimera
To me it has a medieval flair, possibly due to the woodland setting. I sense a mystical other-worldly feel, like you might expect to next see a unicorn or fairy behind the next tree.
I like the use of colors, bold yet delicate at the same time, if that makes any sense, perhaps bold colors rendered with a delicate technique.
The pose of the creature is also interesting, the hindfeet firmly rooted to the ground yet the forelegs prepared to take the flight which the wings are propelling it toward. The face also hints of gentleness and kindness
