1. will the dinotopia series ever repeat itself on sky 1?
beter yet is there new episodes.
and 2. when i went to buy series 2 i could only seem to get series 1 and 2 boxed set. can you get series 2 on it's own?

Well as far as I know it didn't draw that much public so they quit producing new episodes and probably won't broadcast it again.
I saw only a few minutes of one of the series and ebing a fan of the books I didn't like it...
I think you can buy some of the episodes on DVD... Why don't you just look at E-bay if you can find a cheap second hand copy?

You can buy series 2 by itself beause I got mine through Best Buy. Check on Ebay for it though an dyou can probably get it pretty cheap. Good Luck!

vorch i have to say this! i think the dinotopia series was grate.
i used to watch it all the time when it was on.

I actually enjoyed the series a lot...it did certainly give me a great intro to Dinotopia because I loved it and then found out how much better the books were so, I totally approve it. Your welcome aprentice 16! Have fun!

Are we talking about the series that came after the miniseries? That was wierd....why change the cast? Its almost like they decided to create a whole new ballpark all over again. I stopped watching after three episodes, sorry to say. We need a good adaptation of ALAFT.  |

Are you talking about the ABC TV series that got canceled a few years ago. And hasn't been on
the air in the US ever since? I wish we could get what
you are watching in the UK. But the cable or Dish TV doesn't
carry it here.

carry it here. Barry, what aired in the UK was the exact same as what aired here in the US on ABC. And yes, it is the same series that was on ABC. Utoraptor; you can get a copy off E-bay for less than $10, including shipping. I got my copy as a Christmas present from a friend. I have watched the whole thing a total of twice; once when the seven episodes aired on TV, and once when I got the DVD. Now, it just sits in my collection, gathering dust with the rest of the stuff;) |

Well, I've been a big fan of the books for years and years and the miniseries was so far from what the books were, that I was unable to enjoy it. It threw in too much of what I DON'T like in shows; love triangles, deception, controlling rulers...
