Okay, apparently, the rules page that Az set up on the OMB isn't there any more with the upgrade from several years back, so I'm reposting them here.
Do:
Don’t:
Random Rule Number 1:
Unused accounts will be periodically deleted. An account that hasn’t been activated will be deleted after one month. Hey, I like having large member numbers as much as the next webmaster, but I don't want them to be meaningless numbers!

Do:
- Post meaningful posts. We like posts that are thoughtful, interesting, and present ideas that we may not have thought of before. Please make an effort at using proper grammar and avoid netspeak. If you want to be lazy and not type something out, then people may not make the extra effort to translate your post and respond.
- Follow the Code of Dinotopia. This doesn’t mean you have to follow it to the letter, but it is a good basis for how to behave.
- Read the FAQ for help on using all of the boards features. Trust me, using the quote and modify functions are very, very helpful in making your posts legible.
- Give credit where credit is due! If you have found an awesome picture, some interesting information, or a funny video, please be sure to let us know who created it.
- Feel free to use your own icons. Again, this is not required, but it does make your account distinctive.
- Respect others. The members of this community are from around the world and share a wide variety of beliefs, customs, and views as well as languages. Please be sure to be considerate; you may learn something or make a new friend!
- Post threads in the appropriate forum. You will get a response much faster if you post it in the right place and it keeps the mods from having to move it.
- Use the Private Message (also known as PM) system to contact members for day-to-day chat. Day-to-day chat is things such as “Hey, how’d you like that movie last night?” or “I see you online! Get on IM so we can chat.”
- Ask questions, even if you think it is silly. We’re here to help! Besides, you may be asking something totally obvious that we’ve never thought of before.
Don’t:
- Use profanity, inappropriate language, or post material unsuitable for children. Dinotopia is a world for children as well as adults and we would like to keep the board safe for anyone who chooses to visit. Making death threats is also heavily frowned upon and could result in permenant banning.
- Flame or attack other members. Flaming is calling people names, insulting them, or just being rude for no reason. If you have a problem with someone, please e-mail or PM them and try to work it out. If you can’t work it out, then you have the option of contacting a moderator and calmly explaining the situation with no insults. Please don’t keep replying to a post you find offensive as it only aggravates the matter and keeps bringing that post to the top of the board.
- Post links if you have less than 15 posts. We don't care for links from people who only want to advertise and never show their face again. You can post links if you are an actively posting member.
Spam or hack. This is the quickest way to find yourself banned and your IP blocked. IP’s can, and have been, blocked for an entire region with wild cards. - Double post or make redundant posts, such as nothing other than ‘LOL.’ You have the option of editing your posts if you have created an account, so please use it. The first time you show a habit of double posting, you will be warned. Second time results in your post count being cut in half. Third time and your post count is dropped to 0. Fourth time and you will receive a negative post count.
- Remote load images/Avatars without permission. Please give credit to whoever created the avatar. If an avatar is remote loaded from a site that does not allow it (Dinosauricon, Deviant Art, Elfwood, etc), it will be replaced with an avatar of the moderators choice, most likely a neon pink My Little Pony. ImageShack.us and Photobucket.com are two sites that will host your images for free and allow remote loading.
