Okay...um...I don't know if Azzie or Voricha would mind this, so I'm going to give this a try. At school last semester, I met this guy who was so shy, four weeks from the end of school he finally started talking to me. We've exchanged e-mails since, but now there's another guy in my history class who seems to like me as well. Does anyone have advice? HELP!!!!!!!!! Kyalnick

Questions: Do you like the first guy? Does he like you the same way? Do you like the second guy? Are you just friends with the first or is there more?
Advice from my point of view without answers to the questions:
There is always the possibility of there being more than one person that likes you (i know from experience). What matters is who you like and whether or not you are in a relationship that is open or one where fidelity is expected.
Technically there is also the possibility of someone liking you that you do not like in that manner. If that is the case, you can always make it understood that you only want to be friends.
May be able to add more later when i know a bit more.

Well...
I absolutely (though I don't hint) love the first guy! He's really cute and nice!
I have absolutely no idea if he feels the same, but he did just suggest we get together and talk about stuff.
The second guy's a little nerdy looking, but he's nice and could be a good friend, but I'm a little worried about what HE feels.
With the first, we're really good friends. Although we haven't seen eachother since May (or whenever the end of school was). He sends me a lot of pictures, though it's always with someone else. One of his best friends could be somewhat of a girlfriend, but there could be girls who are just friends, can't there?
Sorry if I'm sounding pathetic. I haven't had a boyfriend yet, so i'm kina lost. I'd love any advice you could give. Thanks

Then, personally, i would stick with the first guy and find out how he feels and everything. Let the other guy know that you aren't interested in anything but friendship. As to the other stuff, i can't really say. I haven't much experience in that stuff.

Hey, Kyal, I would have to agree with Wolf. And do not be afraid to "Speak your Truth"just because it might hurt someone's feelings. What happens to their feelings is up to them. What you do with the freedom of speech is up to you. Just thought it might help some. I've never had a boyfriend, either, so I am not exactly and "expert" on this subject, either. I have had A LOT of crushes before, however, and I have had to tell a lot of young men that I was not interested in their affections. It is an awkward situation, and if the guy asks why, just tell him you would rather not talk about it. (Unless he's like this one guy I had to turn down for a date because he scared me out of my wits, lol! He kept asking why and I just had to completely ignore him) Hope this was helpful! Tiasalle

Hi, Tia!!!! Thanks so much for the advise!!! Well...I'm naturally skittish around guys anyway, so I was joking a little about being scared out of my wits. LOL!!!!!!!!! I still get really nervous, but hey...oops! I just noticed that he's sitting at one of the study tables here at the college library!! He doesn't see what I'm doing, anyway (Guy number 2). See ya!!!!!!! Kyalnick
