I have FINALLY completed a comission Thereisnosaurus gave me about a year or so ago. He wanted me to draw a picture of yin-yan (or ying-yang, not sure wich) raptors curled around each other. After much frustration with the line drawings, I finally gave up and decided to sculpt them so I could get the proportions and position right. I don't know if a decent line drawing will come of this or not, but here's the sculpture I'd say it took me about eight hours to complete, since I'm fairly familiar with the raptor form and how to sculpt theropods.

More exquisite work, Az! ^_^ I'm sure thereisnosaurus is going to love them, provided they don't manage to fall apart.

Wha? Who said I was going to send these to him? So far, I've only managed to part with one of my sculptures. I'll have to get that line drawing done;)

Oh you did get back online to post after our phone conversation? I hung up and fell asleep, it WAS the middle of night for me. So this is one of the reasons of your unusually low online activity? They're cute but the necks may be a bit on the long side. ;D

Those are so cool! I personally don't usually work with clay, that's why I stick with pencil
