Here's something from the OMB that would be better addressed here.

Let's take this one at a time.
The empirical evidence suggests that the universe is about 15 billion years old. Hominids (humans) have been around for seven million years.
Since the fossil record is full of animals and plants that look like they are related to each other, it's fair to say that evolution has been going on.
There are transitional species. The term "missing link" is an old term from the 19th Century that nobody except creationists and other people who don't know about science use.
What about it? We know the decay rates of certain elements, therefore, they can be used to determine how old things are.
What about her? She's certainly an early hominid. I'm not up to date with the latest theories, so I don't know whether Lucy is a direct ancestor or a related off shoot species.
No. Creationists in Texas made up the whole thing. Also, there are some footprints thought to be of gigantic humans, but some scientists think they were made by pedapalegic therapods, instead.
It supports evolution. When genome studies show that we have more than 95% of our genes in commmon with Chimpanzees, it shows we're related somehow. I think there are ways to tell when the split from a common ancestor happened.
Yes, but moreso from creationists. The most famous fraud from science is Piltdown man. However, that was debunked by other scientists long ago. Science is critical and self-correcting. Creationism is not. Therefore, more fraudulent and mistaken ideas tend to be perpetuated by creationists. That is to say nothing about the fact that creationists don't have any sort of empirical evidence to support their position in the first place.
No. It's physically impossible for Noah's flood to have happened.
No. The story is nothing but a myth. In fact, it's a second-hand story the Hebrews got from the Mesopotamians, who were also a semetic culture. Noah's real name was Utnapishtim. For more info, read the Gilead.
No.
Most stereotypical dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago. Some others evolved into birds and are still alive today.
I don't mind if creationism is taught in schools as a religion. However, many folks think that it's equal to science. It's not.
That just proves the universe ISN'T 6,000-10,000 years old.
It's a myth. His daughter was there at his death bed and she never heard anything about this alleged recant. It was completely fabricated by creationists.
Of course. Everybody knows that Loch Ness exists. People go boating on it all the time. I think the question you have is whether there's some sea monster living in it. The answer would have to be no. The ecosystem isn't rich enough to support such creatures.
Because evolution is the ONLY viable theory that one can use to scientifically explain the biodiversity we see today all around us.
Our DNA is constantly mutating, if that's what you're asking.
Agreed!

Have we and the universe evolved over billions of years or was everything created around 6,000 years ago? Does the fossil record show evolution or sudden creation? Are there missing links? What about carbon dating? What about Lucy? Are the human footprints with dinosaur footprints found in Texas for real? Does the study of DNA support creation or evolution? Has there been fraud on either side of the debate? Was there a worldwide flood as claimed in the Bible? Does Noah's Ark exist? Does the concept of evolution fit in with the Bible? What happened to the dinosaurs? Should both creation and evolution be taught in the schools? How could stars millions of light years away be visible if the universe is only 6,000-10,000 years old? Did Darwin disavow evolution at the end of his life or is that just an urban myth? Does Loch Ness exist? Why are most scientists evolutionists? Is man evolving now? Lets discuss these questions and more in a creation-evolution free for all discussion!
