*grins* This kid is nuts! His parents need to have a serious conversation with him about what's real and what's not. Still, that took some guts and his family is lucky those guys were freaked out by their son! www.newsobserver.com/102/story/515756.html

Wow. That's just... insane. I would laugh if it wasn't so serious, but I do agree that what that 4-year-old did took a lot of courage. His honest-to-God belief that he morphed into a power ranger, however, is kind of distressing...

Wow! talking about fear not thy emeny. Either he thought he was invincible or he has been watching to much TV. I wonder if the thought ever occurred to him that he could have gotten hurt or even killed for a stupid stunt like that. This almost sounds familiar to me in a way. When Jesus was being forty days tempted of the devil.
"And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God." Luke 4:12
In a way, That was… crazy.

Holy smoke! Bruce Coville's character Tar Gibbons once said, "Sometimes, it's best to save the valiant gesture for when being a fool is the wisest thing to do." That is certainly what that kid did. But if he actually believes that he morphed, yikes. But it's possible that he says he believes that simply because he knows that's what the adults expect. However, it probably never occurred to him that he could get killed, since 4-year-olds don't generally understand the concept of death. But good grief -- what a brave kid! That probably means he'll have some serious guts as an adult as well.
