I too the bright chrome yesterday. These books keep swallowing themselves in florid displacements of time- if not for the binding, the organs would fly off in wonder. Such tiny moments of insight punctuate the overture that even now threatens to color our minds with pictures so beautiful, the eyes refuse to sense. Why this gesture? Why this movement? Why not untie the beasts and let fly the horrors of love? Could we stand in its shadow before knowing too much? Can these envelopes hold such measure? A ship's figurehead is a worthy ally. Just as a tool knows its function, so to do we swim between these lines- plucking knowledge like harp strings. Weaving paradox loops in our wake- diving past and ahead of ourselves continually we smile like evolution.

My version of "getting it." is hard to explain. I do wonder if it's to do with conformity.

Hmm, I believe I'll have to re-read the poem several times (I've read it twice already) before I feel that I can comment. Anyway, it's good to see one of Snipe's original poems here!
