This is one of my favorite science fiction analysis sites. It's run by a gentleman named Brian Young. He's the one who started the Turbolaser Commentaries website back in the 90s, which is currently being hosted at Stardestroyer.net. Mr. Young basically treats film footage as "evidence" and applies scientific analysis on it to quantify things like acceleration, firepower, and energy outputs. It's really interesting, and his material is posted as MP4 video, so it's easier to digest than reading walls of techno-text on a website. It covers a lot of Star Wars, but it also covers other sci-fi genres like Star Trek and Dr. Who.

"Every heart sings a song, incomplete, until another heart whispers back. Those who wish to sing always find a song. At the touch of a lover, everyone becomes a poet." - Plato
