That's right, I have nearly no spare time, I wake up, get ready for school, eat, go to school, get home from school, do homework, check up on message boards and the news for an hour or so, and then go to bed. I've only been in school for a few weeks and already I've had homework nearly every single night, and with it being my Senior year of high school, it can only increase. The first couple of weeks I was sleep deprived due to insomnia, likely due to anxiety over school work, and having to wake up at 5:30, school starts at 7:30 or so, and we only have a 30 minute lunch break, then school lasts until 2:45 or so. And then there's the ignorance that can be found in some of my peers, I mean I have a class on Ancient and Medieval History, which where we're doing a project on civilizations, and because the teacher wisely put Rome and Greece off limits because they would be too easy, I was asked, and suggested Carthage to someone, who then had no clue who that was, and when I mentioned Hannibal, he asked if that was the guy who ate people. For crying out loud, how can people be ignorant of a figure like Hannibal? How can I, even when I was sleep deprived, be the only one who cares? I have the feeling that this is going to be a very long year...

Welcoem to the club? I'm supposed to be spending EIGHTY working hours on my education, every week in order to earn 15 credit points this quarter. needless to say I don't make 80 hours. The past few days I kinda crashed and have to kick my brain into action without resorting to any unhealthy measures!!! lol I feel your pain. I cannot get my own homework done even if I spend my whole weekend doing that homework. Anyhwo, here's some advice based on personal expierence: Sleep enouigh hours, satying up very late to study will win you nothing as your brain will be tired and not fiunctioning as well as it could. You'll spend MORE time getting the same task done. Drinking a liter of coffee makes you dizzy and jumpy, it does NOTHING to help you study. (Yes I did that...) When you're starting to freak out at the workload, hyperventilate and start seeing stellar constellations in broad daylight, its time for a break, before you pop a nerve. Anyhow, good luck. bdsp Vorchia
